License grant
After a valid purchase and delivery, Deloryen grants a nonexclusive right to modify the purchased product and use it in the number of end projects included in the selected tier. The source files remain copyrighted by their owner.
Single Site
The $129 Single Site tier covers one end project for yourself or one client.
Pro
The $229 Pro tier covers up to three end projects.
Agency
The $349 Agency tier covers up to ten client end projects. Additional projects require another license or a separately stated pass.
Restrictions
Do not resell, publish, sublicense, or distribute the source files as a template, starter, component library, or competing product. You may deliver a finished end project to a client within the project limit.
Updates and support
The product page and checkout must state any included update period, support scope, and version before sale. No unspecified lifetime updates or support are promised.
Studio Pass
The annual $349 and lifetime $699 pass terms apply only when the offer page states its covered products, update rights, support and renewal terms and checkout is enabled. Until then, both passes are planned offers.
