Before a preorder is delivered
For a charged preorder, a buyer may request a refund for any reason until the product is delivered, consistent with Lemon Squeezy buyer terms.
Available digital products
Refund eligibility depends on the checkout provider's buyer terms, the product's actual delivery state, applicable consumer law and any additional promise shown at checkout. There is no site-wide unconditional 14-day promise and no blanket rule that downloading always ends every remedy.
Faults and missing features
If a delivered product is defective or materially different from its documented description, contact support with the order reference and a description of the issue. Mandatory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund remain available where the law requires them.
How to request
