Scope
These terms govern browsing the Deloryen Studio site and, once enabled, buying digital products. Product availability, included files, supported versions, and delivery terms are shown on each product page before payment.
Seller and checkout
Deloryen is the public brand. The legal seller identity, country and contact fields below must be completed before checkout opens. Where Lemon Squeezy operates as merchant of record, its checkout and buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
Orders and delivery
A product marked Planned cannot be ordered. A Preorder must state a delivery date and accepts refund requests until delivery. An Available product is delivered through the stated checkout provider after payment confirmation. A browser thank-you screen is not proof of payment.
Use and responsibility
You may evaluate public content for personal or business research. A separate license grants rights to use purchased source files. Do not redistribute source files, claim ownership of Deloryen branding, or bypass the agreed project limit.
Changes and disputes
We will show the version of terms that applies at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain in force. Contact the seller at the address shown below before escalating a dispute.
